BEER CHEESE DIP

INGREDIENTS

1 EA Queso-Melt Original Dip

3 TBL Unsalted butter

2 TBL All Pourpose Flour

2 TSP Dried Mustard

1 CUP Beer

1 TBL Worcestershire Sauce

This warm Beer Cheese Dip is a cheesy, flavorful snack that is ready in no time!

INSTRUCTIONS

1) In a pan melt the butter

2) Add the flour till a roux is formed

3) Add the dried mustard

4) Slowly add the beer while whisking till completely incorporated

5) Add the Worcestershire Sauce

6) Add the Queso-Melt Original till completely mixed and warm thoroughly about 4 minutes
