SHEET PAN NACHOS

INGREDIENTS

1 EA Corn Tortilla Chips (Enough to fill the tray)

1 LB Chorizo (Cooked and Drained)

1 EA Black Beans – Can

1 EA Queso-Melt Original Tub

1 LB Monterrey Jack

1 EA Red Onion (Fine Diced)

4 EA Roma Tomatoes (Seeded & Fine Diced)

1 EA Bunch Cilantro (Chopped)

1 EA Pickled Jalapeños – Small Can

1 EA Lime (Cut into Wedges)

½ CUP Sour Cream

½ CUP Guacamole

½ CUP Scallions (Thinly Cut)

Mix and match your favorite Queso-Melt and toppings for a quick snack the whole family will love!

INSTRUCTIONS

1)      Place the Tortilla Chips on the pan

2)      Top with the Chorizo, Beans & Monterrey Jack Cheese

3)      Bake at 350 for 30 Minutes – till the cheese is fully melted and the chip points start to turn brown

4)      Pour the Queso-Melt over the entire dish

5)      Top with the Red Onion, Tomato, Cilantro, Jalapenos and Scallions

6)      On the side on the tray place the Limes, Sour Cream, Guacamole
