BREAKFAST QUICHE

Start your morning with a savory twist! This Breakfast Quiche recipe combines creamy Queso-Melt dip with a traditional quiche to create a flavorful breakfast that'll have everyone asking for seconds

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Queso-Melt dip

  • 1 ready-made pie crust (deep dish)

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced

  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: dill and garnish with herbs of your choice

  1. INSTRUCTIONS

  2. Set your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the pie crust into a deep dish pie pan.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well-blended.

  4. Stir in Queso-Melt, diced ham, red bell pepper, green onions, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. If using a frozen pie crust, make sure it is thawed as per the package's instructions. Poke several holes in the bottom with a fork to avoid it from puffing up while baking.

  6. Pour the Queso-Melt and egg mixture into the prepared pie crust. Smooth out the top with a spatula, ensuring the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  7. Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.

  8. Once done, remove the quiche from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with herbs of your choice before serving.

  9. Slice up your Breakfast Quiche and serve warm.
