SHRIMP BROCHETTES w/GARLIC BUTTER

This Shrimp Brochettes recipe is smoky, spicy and cheesy! Perfect as an appetizer or as a meal!

INGREDIENTS

Queso-Melt Jalapeño Block (Cut into 24 even strips)

24 14/16 Shrimp P&D 1 EA

4 Jalapeno (Seeded & Cut into 6 strips each)

24 Thin Bacon Strips

24 6” Bamboo Skewers

1/4 CUP Chili Lime Seasoning

1 ½ CUP Salted Butter

1/4 CUP White Wine

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Place one slice of cheese and Jalapeno inside the cut on the top of the shrimp

2) Wrap with one slice of the bacon

3) Use a skewer to secure the bacon

4) Place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour

5) Melt the butter

6) Add the white wine and Chili Lime Seasoning to the butter

7) Pull the shrimp from the fridge and brush with Butter / Wine mix

8) Cook at 400 for 12min
