INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup White Queso-Melt Dip

  • 4 small flour or corn tortillas

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional toppings:

  • Chopped tomatoes

  • Diced onions

  • Sliced avocados or guacamole

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
