
BREAKFAST TACOS
Wake up your taste buds! These Queso Breakfast Tacos are bursting with the cheesy goodness of Queso-Melt Dip. Perfect to spice up your morning and bring a fiesta to your breakfast table.
INGREDIENTS
1-2 cups Original Queso-Melt Dip
4 large eggs
4 small flour or corn tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: chopped fresh cilantro, diced onions, sliced avocados or guacamole, chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, or chopped green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Heat olive oil or melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are scrambled.
Warm your tortillas by placing them on a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 to 30 seconds on each side.
Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the warmed tortillas.
Generously drizzle the Queso-Melt Dip over the eggs on each tortilla. Use as much or as little as you prefer, according to your taste.
