INGREDIENTS
16 oz Queso-Melt Original Dip
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1-2 jalapeños, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup fried onions
½ cup chopped tomatoes
Sour cream for drizzling
Tortilla chips for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook ground beef in a skillet with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a cast iron skillet, spread out the cooked ground beef evenly.
Scatter jalapeno slices over the beef.
Heat the Queso-Melt according to package instructions until hot and pourable.
Pour the heated queso dip evenly over the beef and bottom of skillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, and fried onions evenly on top.
Drizzle with sour cream and add any additional toppings you like.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
