TACO BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 cups Queso-Melt Original Dip

  • 1 cup cooked rice, white or brown

  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup corn kernels, fresh, canned, or frozen

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet of taco seasoning

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 avocado, sliced or diced

Bring the fiesta to your table! This vibrant taco bowl has it all and gets even better with our irresistible Queso-Melt Dip. Quick, easy, and bursting with flavor!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked and browned. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Add the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions.

  3. If using fresh or frozen corn, cook it briefly in a skillet over medium heat until tender. If using canned corn, simply drain and rinse.

  4. Divide the cooked rice among serving bowls as the base layer. Add sections of black beans and a section of corn.

  5. Top with a generous portion of the taco-seasoned ground beef. Add sections of diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and avocado.

  6. Warm Queso-Melt dip in the microwave (1-2 minutes), then drizzle generously over the taco bowl. Enjoy!
