BACON WRAPPED STUFFED JALAPEÑOS

These Bacon-Wrapped Queso-Melt Jalapeños are little bites of cheesy, spicy heaven! Creamy filling, a kick of heat, and crispy bacon on the outside—so simple, so good, and gone in seconds!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (8oz) Queso-Melt Block

  • 8-10 Jalapeño Peppers

  • 2 Egg Whites

  • 1/3 All-Purpose Flour

  • 16oz Package of Bacon

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop one jalapeño, shred Queso-Melt block, and add egg whites, flour, salt, and pepper. Blend together with a mixer or food processor for filling.

  2. Cut the remaining jalapeños in half, fill each with filling, and freeze for 1-2 hours.

  3. Take jalapeños out of the freezer, wrap each in bacon, then push in a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.

  4. Bake bacon-wrapped jalapeños for 10-15 minutes at 380 degrees.

  5. Take out toothpicks. Enjoy!
