
BACON WRAPPED STUFFED JALAPEÑOS
These Bacon-Wrapped Queso-Melt Jalapeños are little bites of cheesy, spicy heaven! Creamy filling, a kick of heat, and crispy bacon on the outside—so simple, so good, and gone in seconds!
INGREDIENTS
1 (8oz) Queso-Melt Block
8-10 Jalapeño Peppers
2 Egg Whites
1/3 All-Purpose Flour
16oz Package of Bacon
Salt
Pepper
Toothpicks
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop one jalapeño, shred Queso-Melt block, and add egg whites, flour, salt, and pepper. Blend together with a mixer or food processor for filling.
Cut the remaining jalapeños in half, fill each with filling, and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Take jalapeños out of the freezer, wrap each in bacon, then push in a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
Bake bacon-wrapped jalapeños for 10-15 minutes at 380 degrees.
Take out toothpicks. Enjoy!
