QUESO CHILI

This Chili Queso with chives and Fritos is so easy and so full of flavor! It’s cheesy, delicious, and perfect for everyone to enjoy. Trust us, you’re going to love it!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 oz Queso-Melt Dip

  • 1 (15 oz) can chili with beans

  • ½ cup chopped chives, divided

  • 1 cup Chili Cheese Fritos

  • (Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, or hot sauce)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour the canned chili into a medium-sized pot and heat over medium heat until warmed through.

  2. Heat Queso-Melt Dip in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then stir into the chili until fully combined. Continue cooking on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 4–6 minutes.

  3. Stir in half of the chopped chives, reserving the rest for garnish.

  4. Ladle the chili into bowls and top with a generous handful of Chili Cheese Fritos. Garnish with the remaining chives and any additional toppings like sour cream or jalapeños.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
