
SHEET PAN NACHOS
Make the best nachos ever with Queso-Melt and your favorite toppings! So quick, so easy, and everyone will love them!
INGREDIENTS
10 oz Queso-Melt Original Dip
Corn tortilla chips (enough to fill the tray)
1 lb chorizo (cooked and drained)
1 (15 oz) can of black beans
1 lb Monterrey Jack
1 red onion (finely diced)
4 Roma tomatoes (seeded & fine diced)
1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
1 small can of pickled jalapeños
1 lime (cut into wedges)
½ cup sour Cream
½ cup guacamole
½ cup scallions (thinly cut)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the tortilla chips on the pan.
Top with the chorizo, beans & Monterrey Jack cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the chip points start turning brown.
Pour the queso-melt over the entire dish.
Top with the red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapenos and scallions.
On the side of the tray place the limes, sour cream, and guacamole
