SHRIMP BROCHETTES w/GARLIC BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz Queso-Melt Jalapeño Block (cut into 24 even strips)

  • 24 14/16 shrimp P&D

  • 4 jalapeños (seeded & cut into 6 strips each)

  • 24 thin bacon strips

  • ¼ cup chili lime seasoning

  • 1 ½ cups salted butter

  • ¼ cup white wine

  • 24 6” bamboo skewers

This Shrimp Brochettes recipe is smoky, spicy, and cheesy—everything you love in one dish! Perfect as an appetizer or a tasty meal!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place one slice of cheese and Jalapeño inside the cut on the top of the shrimp.

  2. Wrap with one slice of the bacon.

  3. Use a skewer to secure the bacon.

  4. Place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.

  5. Melt the butter.

  6. Add the white wine and chili lime seasoning to the butter.

  7. Pull the shrimp from the fridge and brush with butter/wine mix.

  8. Cook at 400F for 12 min.

  9. Reserve the butter for dipping the shrimp.
