
SHRIMP BROCHETTES w/GARLIC BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
8 oz Queso-Melt Jalapeño Block (cut into 24 even strips)
24 14/16 shrimp P&D
4 jalapeños (seeded & cut into 6 strips each)
24 thin bacon strips
¼ cup chili lime seasoning
1 ½ cups salted butter
¼ cup white wine
24 6” bamboo skewers
This Shrimp Brochettes recipe is smoky, spicy, and cheesy—everything you love in one dish! Perfect as an appetizer or a tasty meal!
INSTRUCTIONS
Place one slice of cheese and Jalapeño inside the cut on the top of the shrimp.
Wrap with one slice of the bacon.
Use a skewer to secure the bacon.
Place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
Melt the butter.
Add the white wine and chili lime seasoning to the butter.
Pull the shrimp from the fridge and brush with butter/wine mix.
Cook at 400F for 12 min.
Reserve the butter for dipping the shrimp.
